FEMA Administrator David Paulison led a press briefing on impact of Hurricane Ike. Representatives from the Energy Dept., Health & Human Services, and non-profits like the American Red Cross, spoke about the impact of the hurricane on gas and oil production, as well as ongoing search and rescue efforts and the state of emergency health services.
