Tungunska Fireball On the 30th June 1908, a huge fireball hurtled towards the Tunguska River region of Siberia. The explosion was as powerful as 1000 Hiroshima bombs and knocked down 80 million trees. But 100 years later scientists are yet to find an impact crater or tell-tale meteorite remains.
