First they look at the phenomenon of the online encyclopedia, which is the subject of Wikipedia: The Missing Manual by John Broughton. Some fascinating bits of information emerge, for example, more people use Wikipedia than use Amazon or eBay, and its usage is up there with MySpace, Facebook and YouTube.
